Similarly, people can learn to overcome irrational aversions to people with tattoos.
Or irrational aversions to the homeless.
Or irrational aversions to illegal immigrants
Or irrational aversions to Democrats
Or irrational aversions to Republicans
Or irrational aversions to the overweight
Or irrational aversions to the short
Or irrational aversions to the poor...
I am totally opposed to tattoos. They are absurd. I never had them, and proud to say I never will. What a bunch of cornball-jabronies who have tattoos!
My doctor has a half sleeve and a rather large tattoo on his back. I wouldn't cal him a 'cornball-jabrony', would you?

TKramar, you are just showing you are very biased in your thinking. Try to teach yourself to get over some of these aversions. It will make you a better person.
There are many other, more productive ways to spend one's time than trying to overcome harmless "aversions".
