Hey all. Well it was a long day, I felt like I was driving to New England!!!! Round trip was 582 miles, all I75 to I4, and 3 miles on I95. Traffic was suprisingly not bad in all the fun areas(Orlando, the junction at 75 to I4). The trip was uneventful, and pretty good.

Port Orange looks great from what I saw, I got there 2 hours early before my meeting with the manager. I drove all over the place. It looks great at the property where I will be working/living. Everything is all close by(stores, schools). I did not see any nasty areas. It just felt good to me.

Well, I was told to look for my formal offer letter in the mail, it went very well, it was a verbal offer, but the company is VERY detailed and thorough so I will get a paper offer also. Looks like I am on my way to Port Orange in 4 weeks!!!! WOO HOO!!

Well guys, it's confirmed, I was offered the job!!!!! I got the call from HR about a half hour ago! Thanks for all your positive thoughts everyone.

Lets see.... Pay rate has gone up $5.22 per hour. Better company with room for advancement. More than just me at the property, Also known as having MORE HELP!!! Better area of FL. I would go on but... yeah i am happy!
