You must be kind of like Nea1 who posts a lot at the Religion and Philosophy boards. She often says that she does not fit in either "category".

If you don't know "their agenda" then maybe you are one and don't even realize that you are. Maybe you aren't even you and you are one of those pod creatures that have taken on your body shape!

OK...OK...I apologize if I mischaracterized you but, in fairness, I said that the theory was that liberals were being influenced by leftists (perhaps without their realization) and your opinions (at least as I perceive them) are definitely sympatico with those who lean to the left.

OMG, I've been taken over, and here I thought it was just middle age!!
Hmmmmm....that might explain the hot flashes......
I've always marched to the beat of my own drum, if you knew me IRL you would see I am a bit of an iconoclast.
I've never let anyone influence me away from my own personal set of ethics, which can range from rather conservative to the revolutionary edge.
My mom always said I was born in the wrong era, I should have been born in time to have participated in the American Revolution.

I don't think, judging from your comment, that you even read my previous post. I said the system was corrupt and you are arguing that I am wrong because the system is corrupt and that I should watch a movie to prove it to myself. At least give me the courtesy of trying to understand my message before arguing against it, please? I'd also like to see you acknowledge that there is corruption on both sides not just the side you dislike. How about that? Can you be honest enough to agree with me there?
What Communists? The Red Chinese? Last time I checked, it was your beloved corporations sending jobs and money to the commies, not the Unions. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that every Union leader in the good 'ol USA is against propping up a murdering communist dictatorship by giving them trillions of dollars in investment capital. Mr. Pot, meet Mr. Kettle.

You better believe I agree there is corruption on both sides, as "Inside Job" points out. The DLC (which Obama and Clinton are part of ) is just another group beholden to Wall Street and it's money. Different parties, same results. There's very few national politicians on the left I trust anymore, and there's one on the right I trust but don't agree with his philosophy.

The big private money has to be taken out of elections for everyone. Rick Scott spent 60 million dollars of his own money to run. Do you really think he isn't looking for a payback?

Google "unions communist" and start reading. It's nothing new. There's plenty of history. The problem is that the unions also have a major hold on the democratic party which means that communists have too much influence on our government. Obviously, you read communist and you think foreign country. You have some reading to do. The info is out there. Stick your head in the sand if you want or deny the truth because you don't want others to be forewarned....whatever.

Regarding the "it was your beloved corporations" comment--WTH did you get that? I never said anything about that.

Regarding the tax code, I think it is absolutely STUPID that we have tax law that encourages multinational companies to manufacture overseas. But, before you start blaming the companies for that, be fair and also acknowledge that the unions made production costs too high for many industries here and (I assume) your president and your congress had plenty of time to do something about the tax law but did nothing.

Again, what Communists? China, North Korea, Vietnam? The American Communist Party that might have what, 14 members? Outside of these, there isn't really many Communists left. Wanting a fair shake and not wanting our nation to turn into an oligarchy doesn't make someone a Communist anymore than driving a Ford means you support Nazism (google Henry Ford and Nazis).

Once again you obviously didn't read anything. You know you are seldom as smart as you think you are. It's true for all of us so don't feel bad. You might find, though, that if you make an effort, you'll actually know more than you do now. I am talking about Americans. Some call themselves communists, some socialist, some other names. They are organized. They want to see America fail because they are miserable themselves. They are linked with all sorts of other leftist groups who have the same goals. I know it sounds ridiculous until you actually start digging and find that it is true and real.

(good management skills) They want to see America fail because they are miserable themselves. Too much for me to answer, so I just edited.
