So if any one know of good citys to move to in florida coming from houston texas, please let me know and why. If you guys are formillar with houston areas we are looking for some areas like the woodlands, sugar land, and pearland. Good enough to enjoy our stay and raise our family. Default Im a young 24 year old mother thinking about making a big move.

My and I family have been planning to make a big move to Florida. The thing is we don't know where and we will be moving in November. So if anyone knows of good cities to move to in Florida coming from Houston Texas, please let me know and why. If you guys are familiar with Houston areas we are looking for some areas like the woodlands, sugar land, and Pearland. Good enough to enjoy our stay and raise our family. We are a very outgoing family, so something not to boring. Thanks
Condo or House Price not a problem.

They is no reason why we want to move other than just wanting to travel.
I am a dental assistant in Texas, and I will be returning to school once we make our big move.

You have already posted this here, plus the same post in California forum - so where is it you are actually moving?

Try Tampa its probably the city the most like Houston. If you want a community like the woodlands try lakewood ranch winch is technically in bradenton but about a 30 min drive to downtown Tampa. Its a very nice community with lots of kids trees and tons of lakes it would be nice to know your price range to give you specific neighborhoods within the community. There are actually some new satellite college campuses within the community so all of that is very close.

As a native Floridian that's currently in Houston and the State of Texas because of the economy in other parts of the South, let me be the first to say that you're crazy if you pack up and leave Houston for any part of Florida without a job secured before you move there.

Niceville, Florida, was voted as the best city in Florida in which to raise a family (Business Week magazine, 2012). I've lived in 13 different states and about 20 different cities and towns in my adult life. I've lived in Niceville for about a decade, and assuming nothng about the area changes I doubt I could ever be convinced to move.

Check Niceville out. You'll be glad you did.
