This is a good sign, a few homes down from my parents someone buys the 60's tract home that sold for 15,000 for 420,000. They move from California and are in the construction business. Today I see a FOR SALE sign in front of the home. Guess the Florida dreams were a nightmare. Probably the property tax bill scared them off. Too bad.....

Oh, c'mon now, it could have been any reason.......death, divorce, job relocation, etc. Those are more common reasons for a house going up for sale than property taxes .

Most people are savvy enough these days to know in advance what their property tax is likely to be.

Maybe they only planned to live in that house while they built another - it was just a stopover point? Maybe it's haunted? Maybe they don't like the neighbors (not possible!) There could be lots of reasons .
