Fyi: Dan Marino could buy anywhere in Florida, he recently moved to Parkland.

Ft. Lauderdale, a lot of gays(but nice people), but single folks, well off. I am looking at condos on New River. Boca is to much 'family' ( no kids here ). However, both areas a melting pot and you have some rude people, some New Yorkers. One night recently I went and stood out in front of Jackson's Steakhouse, corner Las Olas and and a road leading to The Grande condo; many snobby people, pushy NYers, etc.

Typical Breeze, where did you buy? I'm looking at WarerGarden on New River.

Coral Gables is nice....(in Miama) Rich Latinos! The American Dream!
