you asked if his nose was broken.
according to the medical report it was. it's as simple as that.

Are you trying to be funny? Have you ever called the police? I have news for you, at best it is going to take at least 5 minutes if not longer for them to get to you.

By the time someone is coming up on you from behind, you only have yourself to rely on.

The police just don't appear in an instant.

I chose the one who lived the longest of the top three and the one I actually met. What's it to you?

Nothing about this case is as "simple as that". There were no witnesses and the severity of his injuries is highly questionable.

Nothing. Just curious.

In your mind... I don't need to come out on top by trying to trivialize opinions. I just suggest mine.

The medical report says he had a closed fracture. You said you didn't know that fact so I showed it to you.

Now you've changed direction and decided that his injuries aren't severe enough to satisfy you...

Where would you draw the line if someone were on top of you beating your head on the ground and throwing punches? How severely would you let yourself be beaten before you defended yourself?

No one is "trying to come out on top"..you're desperately trying to change the subject.
I read your post. You invent fantasy scenarios that have nothing to do with the evidence presented.
