I'm a liberal. You are making all liberals look bad with that response. You are being just as dogmatic and condescending in your response as you accuse him of being. Nothing is going to improve in this country if people can't start having civilized dialogue

Amen to that!!!!!!!!! And to that I would add that despite differences in our political or other life perspectives, it's good to consider we all have more in common than we don't.
