Good to see your still around Muggy I have missed your posts on this board.
I have been reading Ben's HBB for months. The topics there show this mess in its entirety.

The numbers show for themselves how harsh the real estate market is right now. But its due to __________________________ fill in the blank.

But you would think with all these houses for sale, realtors would not have the time to worry about this forum. Shouldn't they be out selling all those perfectly priced houses?

It costs to much to take suckers out for a showing in the ol Hummer these days. They may now ask the suckers to meet them at the house due to them now driving a moped.

Well you just keep on waiting for your 70% reduction, and wait, and wait, and wait.
Waiting for something that won't come.

Since you have more posts than me in a shorter amount of time I guess business is not too good for you huh?

I don't take anyone out in my car. Can't take the chance of them messing up the rich corinthian leather.
