I'm actually a little surprised since things have slowly been bouncing back.

This can't be true...I've read thread after thread how everything is skittles and beer in Florida.

"In fact, one state has more than half of the top 25 riskiest cities in the country". Guess which one, lol.

This "risk" does not seem to be stopping anyone from buying.

Well, we don't know much about the source of this dubious article. It's just some mortgage insurance company. I mean if they had used a company like Penske I would be able to take this article much more seriously. Anyway, it's negative news so I'm sure it will be ignored or everyone will start deflecting, as they should, right?

Right, we know. I think it was just the other day you dismissed another members data for using the Sentinel. It's ok to use it as a source as long as you're trying to make a point in your favor.

.

Great. I lived in NY- had a house, moved to NJ- bought a house, and just bought a house in FL. Don't follow my choices according to the article.

A lot of it is investors. Slow steady growth is what we need. But FL's very up and down.
