Hi

I have got a new job in Lake Mary, FL and another in Richmond Virginia. Chosen Lake Mary, FL. Planning to relocate tentatively next month. Would like your suggestions on the below
> Is my Decision of choosing Lake Mary is right ? as my preference is to stay safe and and in a low cost of living area.
> How best is Lake Mary, FL from Richmond Virginia.
> How secured is Lake Mary, FL
> What are the best locations to live in Lake Mary
> I am looking for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment for rent in a decent and clean location.
I can able to afford $1000-$1200 (max)

Thanks,
Sri

One of the safest towns in the metro. Keep in mind, it's a pretty busy town, so you still have lots of activity along its main thoroughfares. But in general, it's very safe.

> What are the best locations to live in Lake Mary

--> Best locations would be Heathrow/Markham, but I highly doubt you'll find anything within your price range there. You should be able to find decent condos/apts along Rinehart and Lake Emma Rd. I've seen nice places in your price range there.

You can also look at West Sanford which is indistinguishable from Lake Mary in terms of boundaries and has equally safe/desirable places to live. Check out apartment complexes such as Arbor Lakes, Lake's Edge, Solara or Ballantrae (a smidge over $1200 for a 2/2 but they may have specials that bring it down to within budget)

Lake's Edge Apartments | Lake Mary Luxury Apartments | Sanford, FL
Solara Luxury Apartments-Sanford
Ballantrae Apartments - Sanford
