Many times the raw numbers have been adjusted (usually upward) and some are interpolated. My point is that this is not hard science but rather theory based on assumptions that may be flawed.
If you live in a certain subdivision on a certain street on a certain lot any and all official statistics are null and void and only the data compiled in that certain place is accurate.

Our winters have warmed up so much since the late 80's and our summer time pattern has been long gone for well over 20 years. There are massive changes coming world wide and it will come at a much faster pace than anyone ever dreamed of. It is my so called snowball effect i have talked about for years. Less snow and ice means less white surface areas to reflect sunlight giving way to dark surface areas to soak up more heat in turn warming the planet at a even faster pace. Sea level rise will be unreal as everything will snowball at a even faster pace year after year. For anyone living past the next 30 years you will see what i am talking about. I can't care less about a beach but water temps in Cali are much colder than they are in FL mostt of the year.
How does my post translate into this rant? Not sure. All I said is that parts of Florida are experiencing a drought, but compared to California (most years) it's nothing.

We moved down to Tampa around the tail end of the last drought (2011). Every year from then until now has been normal. It's cyclical. Something to do with the after effects of La Nina, from what I read.

Has nothing to do with what i was typing about. I was saying our weather has changed since the 80's as we no longer have a normal southeast windflow where high pressure is to our northeast. We are in a reverse west windflow almost all summer and have been for years since the high has been displaced to where the axis is to the south of the Tampa area. So no rant here grant.

You got that duff. I hate to be a broken record, but most people have no clue of the changes that are coming.

Problem is I am not in the real estate biz and never have been. As far as crime, here is the Pasco County Sheriff's Office call log for the month of March, 2017 for his subdivision. It's a real hotbed of crime.

Dude. It's only your entire subdivision, your "hood" for a month. It is not PR, NPR or PascoCounty.

You were on 'ignore' until I saw you posting about me when others quoted you. I could only imagine what else you posted about me. I for one have no interest in following you anywhere.
