According to the national civic league, Hollywood and Polk County. In 2006, it was Sarasota County.National Civic League (http://www.ncl.org/aac/2007/2007%20AAC%20Winners.htm - broken link)America city...although I would say that Polk County is probably one of the most All-American.

Okay, maybe I get the drift of your needs. While researching Southeastern part of Florida I once spent a week driving from Port St. Lucie all the way to Miami. It would probably be best if you avoid most of that area, except for a town called Davie. In that town there seemed to be a rather insulated area where you could possibly find like-minded folk.
