I've lived in Central Florida Lake Mary area for over a decade the nicest development is Timucuan off of Rinehart Road the houses are all different sizes mostly really nice designer homes it's a golf community great schools close to everything out the back gate is a park and a tennis center it's near shopping.

The place is patrolled by the police all the time so it's safe you can get homes with pools no pools families retirees all different types but above all it's quiet you can get in off of Rinehart Road you don't need to pass the back gate you do need a code.

The quietest subdivision in Timucuan is the Fairway Hills subdivision that's all the way straight in the back past the Golf Center people celebrate Halloween if you want kids come by they just take one piece of candy say thank you and leave I've been there over a decade I'm telling you the firemen and cops come by and dressed as Santa in December they also have a golf cart Christmas parade people decorate their houses but if you don't want to decorate you don't have to they don't go crazy about it if you don't want to participate in things you don't have to.
