Hi, me, my husband and 6 year old little girl moved to venice florida in may. We relocated from michigan after the death of both my parents.
I am an experienced waitress, cook etc, My husband has mechanic skills. We cannot find a job??? Now we are low on gas, my little girl has the stomach flu, and I dont even have money to buy laundry soap to wash her bedding(she got sick everywhere) My husband has too much pride, but I dont. I have prayed to God to direct me?? Is there anywhere that donates stuff like toilet paper soap ect, I have 59 cents to my name.
We are praying for income tax , but of course our previous jobs have failed to send the w-2s as of today.
This is so embareesing as I am one who gives, not asks. please email me with any ideas please!

You should apply at many of the cheap franchise restaurants, I know in Boca Raton a lot of them are looking for responsible employees. If nothing happens, apply at Mc. Donalds etc, some income is better than nothing and in the meantime continue looking for a better job. Best of luck to you, I hope things get better!
