Not going to be an even trade, soccermama, regardless of what you think you are getting down in Ft. Myers or Cape Coral. PLEASE search through the threads for these two cities before you do that to yourself. Now, Sarasota or anything north of that on the West Coast of FL. That would be a VERY GOOD trade.
