Hello, I was wondering if you could tell me about any Property Management companies or could rental places in Palm Coast, Daytona, Ormond or Port Orange?
Its hard to find anything on the internet, I came across 2 so far, but wish we had more options.
We are hoping to find a 4 bedroom home to rent but an apartment would be o.k. too as long as its in a safe area.
If you know of any good People, places, to rent from in those areas, please let me know!

I had better luck with private owners. Rental agents would not return calls, wanted 1st, last and security and application fee; complete background and credit check (you pay for) npt to mention the questions that I was asked. Fair housing laws must not exist in Florida.

Good luck

Joylynn, yes I see what you mean. And there is not much to pick from on the internet. I wont be able to go down to check out rentals until we actually move, and so I was hoping to get approved for something before we move down. I dont know where to look to find places by owner, does anyone know?
I do check out craigslist but havent found much in our price range.

pennysavers has owner listings. I think the reason they are so strict is cause people move down here for the winter and lie about renting year round then leave after winter is up. Others decide they don't like florida.

I know one in Wesley Chapel. Let me know if this is something that could work for you. It is in a nice comm. across the comm. area (pool, basketball, tennis court and play yard. It is a 4/2/1 and the owner is willing to get a reasonable rent.
