I made a peppercorn roast last year with the OVEN on for hours when it was 80 degrees outside and AC blasting. Horrible. Never again. Going NORTH (one daughter moved back and other won't come for Christmas) where I can make all my nice COLD WEATHER TRADITIONAL Christmas menu.

BBQ for Christmas? YUCK, and more YUCK.
