Suprisianlly, in Florida a minor can work in a place that sells beer. They can not handle it in the service area or serve, but they could clean up a table even if it has half full beers. Minors work in restaurants, bowling alleys, ball parks, auditoriums, and so on that all sell beer. It represents no real departure from what is done everyday in business all over the state. It is actually, Much Ado About Nothing.

Did you read the article and understand what they are actually doing? You have to do some follow up reading to see their concept.
