Sunny,
Have your doctor write a script saying that due to this fall, you now have a morbid fear of ice, and need to recuperate in a non ice region of Florida....maybe the health insurance would even cover it!

the guy in the video did not slip until he stepped onto that rubber surface that the playground is on. Last time I checked walkways aren't made of rubber. wet concrete isn't slippery. Ice is. Thats why sunny days slipped. Hope you heal soon sunny.

Hello everyone!

I made it through the surgery with a couple pins and a screw.

12 staples close up the arm and I am now an one armed typist.

Just got to sit down and see the responses and I truly appreciate them.

Sore as heck for sure, but after seeing Mom go through what she has for the last several months this seems easy.

I really appreciate the kind comments.

We are still dreaming of moving of getting down to FLA sometime in the near future to live, so please keep a spot open for us.

Thanks
Sunny

Did you really have to inject your negativity on another thread? Did you notice you are the ONLY negative person in this thread?

And by the way DJ, I was wearing the absolute best shoes available.

Take things slow and feel better soon (even if we northerners have a ton of snow to shovel, LOL).
