Florida has some of the weirdest laws I've ever seen.

You may not fart in a public place after 6pm on Thursdays.

In Broward County, it is illegal for workers at hot dog stand to be inappropriately attired. The text of the law states that those who do are considered an impediment to traffic.

It is illegal for an ice cream man to attempt to sell his ice cream in a cemetery.

You are not allowed to break more than three dishes per day, or chip the edges of more than four cups and/or saucers

In Tampa, it is illegal to eat cottage cheese on Sunday after 6:00 pm.

Women may be fined for falling asleep under a hair dryer, as can the salon owner

It is illegal to sing in a public place while attired in a swimsuit

In Cape Coral, it is against the city ordinance to hang your clothes outside on a clothesline.

It is forbidden to imitate an animal.

It is illegal to fish while driving across a bridge.
--------------
What if you’re inappropriately attired in a swimsuit at a hot dog and ice cream stand on a Thursday after 6 pm in Cape Coral, in a cemetery singing the ‘Star Spangled Banner’, while drying your clothes on a clothesline outside of your car, making animal noises and you accidentally fart?

I've also heard it's illegal to tie an aligator to a fire hydrant and illegal to keep your donkey in a bathtub. In either FL of GA it is illegal to put your ice cream cone in your back pocket on sunday.

The Broward County law isn't weird. There are some hot dog stand owners that hire girls to sell hot dogs while wearing bikinis. There may have been an accident where the guy at fault stated that he got distracted by the girl selling hot dogs in a bikini so they decided to prevent that from happening again. Or maybe there was never an accident but they felt that it was possible that some guy could get distracted and cause one.

Either way it doesn't seem unreasonable to me.

I don't know, in my town, which is 20 miles from the nearest railroad, it is illegal to trespass on railroad tracks. Seriously. LOL

This is real and a law that Rick Scott signed. It's a felony to trespass on a construction site where a new home is being built - as long as the correct signage is posted(it's usually postd on the permit box). Even if you don't go into the house and even if it's just a slab, it's still a felony for tresspassing. People that like to look at new houses in their neighborhood when they are on their daily walk need to beware. Don't even stop there to use the porta potty. A felony is no joke.
