Ooooh. Roast beef hash: One onion, diced, 5 small new potatoes diced, salt, ground black and cayenne peppers, saute in evoo until brown, add leftover sliced top sirloin cut into bite sized pieces.
A bacon and fresh roasted turkey breast panini with tomato, onion, and lettuce on cabatta (sp)? roll with french frys at our local towny 50s place. Soooo good!
Tues: shaved deli turkey, lettuce, tomato & mayo on a sandwich round, cottage cheese & fat free pudding cup
