I still have things for a nice sandwich in the fridge at work: w/w fitness bread / Maasdamer cheese / cream cheese / low fat ham and tons of fruit (grapes, apples, bananas, oranges). That should be enough for lunch today
today: chicken sausages w/spinach & fontina cheese inside, chicken rice-a-roni (in honor of rainroosty!), cottage cheese and pudding.
