Last night dinner leftovers.
Brown rice with walnuts, cooked carrots & pork roast with a swet sour glaze.... and apple sauce.
I can't eat pork roast without apple sauce. It's a must in this family.
I'm seriously thinking about going to the store and getting a mess of catfish fillets and then breading them and either frying them or oven baking them. Then I'll eat the whole dang mess!
