My new favorite breakfast: Wild rice* with fresh blueberries or dried cranberries, a little agave syrup to sweeten it, and almond milk to make it creamy. *I make a big batch of wild rice and use it for days---and vary what I add to it for a breakfast cereal (e.g. raisins, chopped dates or figs, cinnamon & pear, etc.). To die for!!!!
Another favorite breakfast: Toasted whole wheat bagel with cream cheese & thinly sliced tomato and red onion, sprinkled with a little pepper. Yes, it's good for breakfast (or lunch)!
Changed my mind on the blueberry pancakes. Instead, I made a spinach frittata with canadian bacon. A little onion, a little garlic, a little salt and pepper and a good portion of parmesan cheese. Baked in the oven, served with a slice of toast and a small glass of orange juice. Color me happy.

Couldn't rep you.. Sounds so good! I'm going to make that tomorrow morning!

The wild rice mixture sounds good and I also love to make bagels with cream cheese and tomato and red onion. Delish!
