As always juice of 1/2 a lemon, than today Melba toast with buckwheat honey/mixed with cinnamon,a small bowl of yogurt with flax seeds crushed and 2 cups Jasmine green tea.
I got up on the butt kicking side of the bed this morning and want to be bad so I went to dunkin donuts and had two bacon egg sandwiches on glazed donuts. (all better now)
