Left over pasta for DH (only enough for 1 person)
Meatless 2 bean chili for me (easy-just opening cans,microwave then add toppings) I love a meatless meal-not DH
Salad
Baked up a spinach and goat cheese crispy flatbread pizza and accessorized with a fresh mixed greens salad. Out of salad dressing, as it turns out, but improvised with a li'l olive oil, lemon juice, and Mrs. Dash.
Waffles with little smokie cheddar weinies....manguy needs to cut me off...made a pecan pie for dessert, now have to do whipped cream with some orange zest, grated fresh nutmeg, and some good maple syrup to flavor.....have been waiting for that....
New Year's Eve Dinner:
Baked ham with pineapple sauce
Whipped sweet potatoes
Rosemary carrots
Peas
Cole slaw
Chocolate cream pie
We'll have the leftovers tomorrow, and I'll use the ham bone later on to make split pea soup.
