I am thinking I will thaw out a couple of fillets and have some 'taters & onions cooked together n the microwave - so good! OR have DH pick up something sinful on the way home.

Leftover rotisserie chicken with green beans and some cranberry sauce. I wish they sold sugar free cranberry sauce
My friend made a fabulous cranberry sauce on Christmas to go with prime rib. I don't have her recipe, but it involved dried cranberries, some orange slices (and juice?), and red wine all simmered together. I was surprised to find out that they were dried not fresh cranberries, they plumped up so.

Thanks...I'll look it up.
