Tonight we are having meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, fried yellow crookneck squash - yum, tossed salad, and whatever else appeals to DH. LOL
DH is having disc replacement surgery on his neck tomorrow, so I want to feed him well since they say his throat will be very sore for a few days (they go in from the front of the throat - ew!)
Dinner sounds wonderful, but DH surgery doesn't. Sending good thoughts
Tonight was French toast made from raisin challah. On the side we had fresh blueberries & strawberries and a bit of whipped topping, since we both like syrup on our French toast. LOL.
