Albertsons was having a special on tri-tip roast, so that's what I had, with a side of roasted finger potatoes and buttered corn (off the cob). Boy am I full!

Yesterday it cottage cheese perogies with a creme fraiche gravy made in the same pan as the ham steak. Today it was a slice of p a s k a *****(I don't know why it thinks this is a dirty word?) bread. Tomorrow my husband's Stammtisch meets and so I don't have to even worry about cooking, and therefore I will eat whatever I find, whenever I feel like it. Oh joy! Saturday it will be oxtail ragout and mashed potatoes.
