Carnitas (pork) with tortillas, guacamole and serrano-tomato salsa, refried pinto beans.


All homemade of course.

I don't have a clue either, and I'm the one who's doing the cooking.

Pinto beans with ham, fried potatoes with onions, cornbread, and fresh tomatoes and sweet onions from the garden.

DH is doing something with the last of the filets (?), baked sweet potatoes, green beans, and a salad, along with challah rolls (the last of them, also).
