I was going to make the classic "Lapin a la moutarde" ( Rabbit with mustard sauce) but our local supermarket ran out of rabbit so I had to improvise this evening.

So it's chicken pan fried with Pancetta, onions , a little garlic, some tarragon, white wine, grain mustard , a little St Agur ( blue cheese) and a little creme fraiche. Let's hope it tastes edible, it's on simmer right now. We are having broccoli, cauliflower and some basmati rice with it. Chicken " a la Mooseketeer".

It smells good which I suppose is a good sign.

I think I will just go simple--frozen lasagna. No mess, fast and easy clean up. Really tired and food isn't on the top of my list right now--sleep is!

I made breakfast. We had maple sausage patties, scrambled eggs with cheese, hash browns and buttered toast. We all had chocolate milk to chase it down.
