Got boneless chicken thighs bubbling in a pot of water with half an onion and some peppercorns. Will save the broth for later and make chicken salad out of the meat.

Have a great weekend, y'all!

I have a large pot of my spaghetti sauce simmering on the stove for the past couple of hours. Dinner tonight is spaghetti, caesar salad and garlic bread.
