I got restocked with breads and Genoa salami and top round roast beef and Gouda cheese and Provolone last night. Since we had big roast beef sandwiches last night I'm having a big salami on Italian with Gouda right now.

OMG! I'm dying. That sound TDF! And if that don't cure ya, keep eating.
Me, I don't eat breakfast or lunch or snack as a rule, but cleaning up after my mess this morning, I did spot some left-over sesame shrimp taost from the other night-2 half pieces. I nuked them-I don't recommend this-not great. And of course my usual 1/2 cup of coffee.
Today/night is "make sure you clean the fridge" as tomorrow morning is garbage p/u.
I didn't find a thing to munch. The shrimp toast was a teaser. Now I want more.
(do I spy a box of Taylor Ham in the freezer?) I may just go for it, ...or take another nap. LOL!
Mix well in a pot and add 2 cups of milk. Continually whisk over a medium heat until the mixture starts to bubble (less than 10 minutes). Remove from heat and add 1 tsp Vanilla and whisk thoroughly. Pour and serve warm or chilled.
