Ewww! That's why I don't eat the drumstick. Too many odd bits and bobs in it and veins are creepily disgusting. I like thighs the best, well trimmed, then breast.

I love the legs except for that tough dark muscle or whatever it is. I did see the vein in some Wally's chicken last night and avoided it! Yuk!
