I think I'll thaw some chicken and make an enchilada casserole. I'll need to stop at the store to return the fish worm, so I can pick up what I need.

ham and scallops potatoes using some of the ham leftovers, plus left over cauliflower and broccoli salad. After I use some ham I think I will cut the rest up and freeze part of it. I could eat it everyday, but Pat will get tired of it after a time or two.
