DH made burgers from kobe ground beef--they were delicious. Cheese, fresh tomatoes, jalepenos and onions as condiments

GAG!!!! Tonight's new Beef and Broccoli recipe tryout was GROSS, to say the very least. Methinks there is a reason why Asian food is not done in the crockpot....whew....will not be doing that again!!! It tasted salty and burned - I should have known better.

Thursday will be the leftover enchiladas from Tuesday night - they were actually good. Oh well...(pitiful sigh)...
