My in-laws are coming over and they are bringing Greek food from our favorite take out place.They called us this afternoon to place our order and they should be here in 1/2 hour yum! I have not had greek in 2 months, I am having a greek salad topped with gyro meat and hubby is having spanikopita with rice pilaf. We are also having Dolma.
I had grilled mahi mahi with a butter lime sauce, potato salad, a tossed salad and a glass of Riesling. DH had grilled snapper, rice and peas, and mixed veggies.
I have just finished off a huge bowl of my neighbor's delicious vegetable beef soup and two pieces of cornbread fresh out of the oven. Yum -- first cornbread I've made since I moved. Too full for the (I'm the one who lost all of the weight but I've weighed the same for a month now and sure like these "treat" days.)
