As I mentioned someplace, this is clean out the freezers week so I am simply taking 2 cantainers out daily and whatever is in them will be dinner. I took a carton of chile out so that will be lunch and I took chicken out: it will be used, with some leftover seafood pasta from Friday night. We will have that and spinach salad for dinner.

Going to have meat loaf (ground chuck, ground turkey and sausage mixture), with steak fries, corn on the cobb, and a green salad.

I was craving fried chicken, but then I remembered I thawed som burger for tacos. Tacos sound good too, with a little salad and some refried beans.

I decided to make homemade coleslaw so instead of fresh spinach we will have that instead. I had a craving for coleslaw.

Great sounding dinners on here! No cooking tonight -- yummy vegetable beef soup and cornbread from yesterday. I am going to stuff some celery and that's it. Fruit salad and a "smidge" of cake for later snacks.

I just got back from the outlets, and did I do some major damage! First I went to the scrub/uniform outlet and took advantage of their 50 percent off sale - I bought 5 scrub tops and 3 pairs of pants (I work in a school cafeteria). Then I went to Vanity Fair for underwear, socks and bras. I bought two sleep shirts and a pair of Tommy Hilfiger sleep shorts too (everything on clearance of course). We don't have shopping like this back where I live. Good thing, too. Now I've been fasting all day, and I'm getting ready for that PA Dutch all-you-can-eat. I'm starved. Yoder's is the kind of place where you wish you had three stomachs.

The extra freezer in my garage started to die. Things are defrosting quicker than I can type this. We're going to be having a HUGE dinner, with LOTS of variety, and we're going to be eating for hours... until we burst!

We will be touring throughout MO in Oct and Branson has a VF outlet. I love their bras and panties for starters.

Tonight will be 2 thin slices of Mexican wheat pizza with the following toppings: Mexican sausage, onions, jalapenos, a special sauce and of course cheese. As a side, I'm going to have a goat cheese salad with ranch dressing. Thank you local pizza shop!
