Finally, since there are good local tomatoes to be had I just made myself 2 bacon and tomato sandwiches for dinner. Butter on one side of toast and mayo on the other. That only held me for an hour or so. I then made a grilled cheese with swiss cheese and bacon and that really hit the spot. With that I ate a bowl of leftover Thai rice. I think I'm done now until my bedtime snack!!!!

Green leaf rotisserie chicken salad with the fresh tomatos and basil I got this morning at the farmers market. All the other goodies as well.

Chicken burger for me and Chicken thighs for hubby. I wuill serve bakes beans and fresh saute'd spinach with it

Nice ready made Jambalaya from my Supermarket Deli this evening ! I am far too lazy to make it myself or do I mean scared ?!?! A Bit of both maybe.

Tonight we're going to Yoder's in Lancaster County for all-you-can-eat Pennsylvania Dutch cookin'. After a day shopping at
the Vanity Fair Outlets in Wyomissing we'll be hungry.

love the outlets in PA; when we lived in the DC area we used to visit friends in Allentown or we would watch our son play minor league baseball in PA, that was years ago, but the best part of the trip always was Outlet Mall shopping and Pa Dutch buffets. In those days I loved all-you-could-eat!!!
