Homemade pizza ( I add paprika to the dough...sshhhh!) with virginia ham, mushrooms, black olives. When it's about 5 minutes from being done (35 minutes in the oven at 400 degrees), being the nut I am, I add two fresh eggs on top (we get them from a guy with a farm around here) and they come out sort of sunny side up: not row but still tender, I like it.
It's a made up pizza so it doesn't have a name but most of things I cook don't....

My wife and I will have that followed by some pineapple and watermelon.

Pei Wei tonight. I had sweet and sour shrimp and he had mongolian steak, and we shared some lettuce wraps. His mongolian steak was better than my sweet and sour shrimp; I tasted it when he wasn't looking.

Tonight, I am envying everyone's dinner on here!

We had tuna on whole wheat> with a side of tortilla chips.

Normally, a meal like that would suit me just fine.
Tonight, I found my meal to be...weighed in the balance and found wanting!

Leftover freezer food from previous cookings, some of which I didn't even label. But what a surprise, when I opened one plastic container and found an old sweet/sour pork dish and another with chicken soup with barley!

I did cook up a storm this week, 4 dishes, but all went to the freezer for next week, as I've got 5 days off, and I'll eat it all next week: Ham w/Split Peas and lentils and Istanbul Ground Beef w/egg-sherry sauce, and two other choices.
