It's sunny and 75 degrees. Perfect weather for grilling out. (And of course, it is Saturday!) So tonight will be grilled ribeyes and corn on the cob, baked potatoes, salad and garlic Texas toast. Sweet iced tea to drink and Key Lime pie for dessert.
Chinese takeout tonight: shrimp egg rolls, wonton soup with extra scallions, vegetable chow mein, and pork fried rice. Dessert will be fortune cookies with the last of the strawberry shortcake.
My son was supposed to leave for work at 3, so I planned a quick and early supper, frozen spicy chicken chunks from Walmart (actually pretty good), hash browns and salad.
Work got rained out, but chicken was in the oven already.
Steak Kabobs with Veggies from the grill and pasta salad, sliced tomatoes, and Key Lime Pie.
