Grilled ground beef patties and whatever else I can scrounge out of the fridge. Son will have his on a bun and I will have mine naked (no cheese!) with some leftover veggies and a salad.

I found this recipe in one of those grocery store magazines and it was good! You butter two slices of bread. Add pesto, a slice of tomato, a slice of Guyere cheese and a slice of American cheese. Then cook it like a grilled cheese sandwich.

I made a beautiful vegetable lasagna for our dinner tonight. Lots of squash, spinach, bell peppers, tomatoes. Yum!
