I want to make something new for my wife, could anyone help with a new and easy recipe.
You could grill a couple of skirt steaks, make baked potatoes and roasted asparagus in the oven.
Just trim the ends off the asparagus, place on a cookie sheet, drizzle olive oil salt and pepper, roast on 400 for 20 minutes. or you could buy jumbo shrimp, sprinkle with salt, paprika and fresh lemon juice and sear in a pan or on the grill for 2 minutes a side.or you could make my rotini and broccoli pasta dish.
Fresh garden vegetables (red pepper, green pepper, squash, red onion) saute in olive oil with a little garlic. Served on crusty bread slices with fresh tomato slices on top.
