Dinner tonight was loaded baked potatoes and a Caesar salad. Sweet iced tea to drink.

Tried a recipe from Ree Drummond, the Pioneer Woman. It was pasta with pancetta and leeks. It turned out pretty good!

No great report tonight. I took my entire staff out for chicken wings and beverages for all their work recently. Maybe not the healthiest meal, and the wings were not as hot as usual, BUT it was a blast!!!

I've got a package of mushrooms. I've got a package of grape tomatoes. I've got some spicy chicken sausage. I always have pasta. So....

I'm going to saute the mushrooms, wilt down the grape tomatoes in some olive oil, throw the sausage into the pan too, and then toss it into the pasta with a bit more olive oil.

It should be good. It *sounds* good, so I hope that it'll *taste* good.
