Not sure yet, either fettuccine alfredo or hamburgers with grilled onions. I had a flat tire on the way to Wal-Mart just now and It's so hot here, that I don't feel like cooking anything ay the moment.
Good reason for takeout tonight -- foot was killing me, I was up with it all night and tomorrow is grocery day. While out getting a lease purchase payment (yeah!!! money) I picked up "real food" from Rib and Loin (a local BBQ -- don't you love the name? They also have the cutest pig sign). Pulled pork, slaw, baked beans, Texas toast. They give you so much that there's always an extra meal in the deal. Yummy! They also have great fried okra but didn't think to get any.
P. S. -- last night I made some bread pudding.
Can I come over...I love pork! And I'm tired of chicken and fish! i want carry out or to come to your house to eat!!
Shredded pork SOS, and salad. I didn't use the shingle!
