At the moment I am thinking Trout Fillets served with a green salad and maybe some steamed veggies. Apple and Chestnut Compote for dessert ( not home-made I must confess). At the moment I can't get enough salad for some reason.

It is bridge luncheon for me today and old man's luncheon for hubby and friends, so we are having just a crab salad with melon and Texas toast for dinner.
