Jell-O and chicken bouillon because I'm having a medical screening tomorrow, and I am only allowed clear liquids. I'd tell you what I'm having done, but I don't want to spoil anyone's appetite.

Don't be so sure! There may be a few here who would appreciate your destroying their appetite, as they're trying desperately to lose weight!

The cooking bug is back! Hooray!

Tonite: 2 new fish recipes: Spanish Fish Bake w/onions, green peppers, mushrooms, garlic, stewed tomatoes, bay leaf, and not called for in the recipe, I added a tsp. of Chinese Chili Paste. Yummy!

And: Hungarian Fish Fillets w/sour cream, Parmesan cheese, paprika, tarragon. Now that's the 3rd Hungarian dish I've made from my Int'l Cookbook, every dish a treat to remember! One of these days I'm heading for Budapest and pig out on all that fattening Hungarian food! And skip France & Italy!

For sweets: Chocolate/Cocoa/Chocolate Chip Star Bars and a White Cake w/White Frosting.

I hope everything goes well for you. I, for one, need to have my appetite spoiled.

Hmmm, good idea. I never would have thought of that. The preparation for this procdure certainly has destroyed my appetite! That's all I'm gonna say.
