I liked last night's dinner so much I decided to have it again. Tri-tip roast, roasted mini potatoes and half a corn on the cob. Also had 2 slices of watermelon.
My husband's boss and his daughter are coming over tonight so I think they are picking up pizza. I'll be making cupcakes for the daughter since her birthday is tomorrow. I'll probably have a salad. I'm not really in the mood for pizza.
Marinated pork-chops (oven grilled - marinade home-made by me), potato gratin (spelling?), Café de Paris-sauce and a nice Tuscany salad and elder berry flavored cider to drink.
I made boxed mac and cheese for hubby and I also made garlic and herb rice pilaf. I am so exhausted from taking my mom home from re-hab today that I don't even want to eat dinner. I may get pizza for us both instead, we will see.
