Tacos. Yuck. I am making them for my younger daughter who loves them - and because I brought home a glut of taco meat yesterday when we cleaned out the leftovers in the school cafeteria. Nobody else wanted it, and I hate to see good food go down the garbage disposal.

How about using it in taco salad or a casserole?

Dominos delivered a Philly cheese steak pizza last night so I'll have it again tonight since I'm the only one here. We use to never have leftover pizza are my kids appetites actually slowing down?

I'd rather have those tacos than filet mignon, lobster, or anything else you can think of!

If nothing changes between now and dinner time . . . meatloaf, sauteed mushrooms, baked potato with butter, sour cream and chives (that I grew!) and slaw. Chocolate fudge brownie sundaes for dessert. Dinner is sometime after the Vols kick off.

Tossed salad with black olives, onions, dill and crumbled blue cheese, and left over pasta and lemon chicken.

That is a GREAT idea! The meat's okay, I just don't like the tortillas or taco shells they put it in.
